About the Role

As a Client Partner, you will be at the forefront of client relationships, leading the strategic vision for a portfolio of accounts valued at at least £3m+ in revenue. You will inspire a team of talented media professionals, deliver operational excellence, and foster partnerships that drive meaningful business growth. This role is central to ensuring Zenith delivers its signature bold moves, leveraging insights and innovation to meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including at MD and CMO levels.

• Deliver exceptional client service across all touchpoints, ensuring satisfaction and trust.

• Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure clients benefit from the full spectrum of Zenith’s and Publicis Groupe’s capabilities.

Strategic Direction

• Define and lead the strategic vision for client accounts, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.

• Develop and implement processes that deliver operational excellence and innovation.

• Leverage data-driven insights to forecast outcomes and justify bold strategic recommendations.

Commercial Growth

• Oversee revenue growth and profitability for your portfolio, ensuring accurate forecasting and sustainable financial management.

• Identify and deliver cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across Publicis Groupe services.

• Ensure contractual obligations are met and proactively mitigate potential risks.

Team Leadership

• Lead, inspire, and develop a team of 10+ media professionals.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and wellbeing within your team.

• Identify and mentor top talent, ensuring clear progression and succession plans.

Agency Impact

• Drive initiatives that enhance Zenith’s planning product and external reputation.

• Act as a leader in pitches and new business opportunities.

• Champion innovation and continuous improvement within the agency.

• Proven expertise in client relationship management at a senior level.

• Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth through innovative media planning.

• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing complex revenue portfolios.

• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and disciplines.
